Is there a trial period?
Yes: 30 days for web hosting and Backup MX, 7 days for Matrix. The free trial is offered once per account.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly with no commitment: you cancel them from your dashboard.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown include Belgian VAT (21%).
How does payment work?
By card, through Stripe. Every payment comes with an invoice, available in your customer area.
